1. License. You are granted a license to install and activate the
Software on a computer solely for your personal and non-commercial use.
Sharing this Software with other individuals is in violation of this

2. Purpose. You accept that the Tarot-Sg software is for entertainment purposes only.
3. Copyright. The Software is owned by the licensor and sold through licensed readers. You may not resell, make any changes to, or otherwise adapt the software. Tarot images are licensed for this software and the copyright information displayed on the software.

NEITHER THE LICENSOR, OR ANY CONTRIBUTOR, DEALER, AGENT OR OTHER PERSON OR PERSONS WHO CONTRIBUTE TO THIS SOFTWARE , ITS ORIGINATION, SALE OR DELIVERY SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE SUCH PRODUCT OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF THE LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSORS LIABILITY EXCEED THAT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SOFTWARE
5. General. This Agreement and any dispute under it will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States of America, without regard to their conflict of laws principles. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the licensor with respect to its subject matter, and supersedes other communication, advertisement, or understanding with respect to the Software. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in a writing executed by both parties If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect. All provisions of this Agreement relating to disclaimers of warranties, limitation of liability, remedies, or damages, and the licensors ownership of the Software survive termination,
6. Technical Compatibility . THE SOFTWARE IS PROGRAMMED, AND HAS BEEN TESTED ON, WINDOWS XP - WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THE SOFTWARE WILL RUN ON A PARTICULAR MACHINE OR PARTICULAR WINDOWS VERSION SO PLEASE VERIFY COMPATIBILITY BY DOWNLOADING AND TESTING THE SOFTWARE ON THE MACHINE ON WHICH YOU WILL RUN IT.
IN SOME CASES YOU MAY NEED TO UPDATE YOUR WINDOWS INSTALLATION PRIOR TO INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE TO ENSURE YOUR PC IS RUNNING THE CURRENT WINDOWS SOFTWARE WITH ALL UPDATES. visit http://update.microsoft.com to check your current configuration. WE WILL NOT ENTER INTO ANY DISCUSSIONS ABOUT COMPATIBILITY OR WINDOWS RELATED ISSUES, THAT IS NOT EXPLICITLY AND EXCLUSIVELY AN ISSUE WITH THE SOFTWARE ITSELF..
7. License key You warrant that before purchasing a license key, you have downloaded and tested the software on the machine on which it will run and that you accept this agreement.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
BY INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND
UNDERSTAND THE FORE GOING AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND
CONDITIONS. YOU ALSO AGREE THAT THIS AGREEMENT IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE
STATEMENT OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES AND SUPERSEDES ALL PROPOSED OR
PRIOR AGREEMENTS, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN THE
PARTIES RELATING TO THE LICENSE DESCRIBED HEREIN.
